We are excited to offer you another Lodge Outreach Skills Workshop! 😊 MOS serves as a Field Placement Agency for Social Work interns who are earning their master’s degree in Social Work. Our interns Mirza Cruz, and Yesenia Zavala, have been working hard to develop a skills workshop for you to provide you additional support and information. This round of skills workshops will focus on stress management! Who doesn’t experience stress? We know that helping others can be challenging, and we are excited to bring you practical tools for you to learn and share to help understand and recognize stress symptoms and effective strategies to mitigate stress in a healthy manner. This will be a very informative training you do not want to miss! To attend, please register using the registration link below. Please be sure to register for only ONE session to attend as the SAME workshop will be presented on both dates. You do NOT need to attend both sessions.
