Independent Living

Our independent living option is dedicated to residents who can provide all of their own care (including those who use a walker or cane).

Free from the demands of household chores, residents embrace retirement in the ways that matter most to them – surrounded by comfortable amenities, good neighbors, and a culture of successful aging.

Assisted Living

For those residents who require assistance with daily activities, our caregivers provide discreet, in-home support with tasks such as bathing, medication management, dressing, personal care, and mobility.

With this level of care, residents can remain safe, empowered, and connected to the lifestyle they love.

Skilled Nursing

For residents in need of 24-hour nursing care, around-the-clock skilled nursing is provided in a devoted facility. Under the care of registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, and certified nursing assistants, residents can continue to take part in campus events and activities, challenge themselves to grow and learn, and remain connected to their favorite pastimes.

Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services have repeatedly earned a coveted five-star rating from Medicare.

For residents who need short-term skilled nursing following surgery, illness, or injury, the Transitions program provides short-stay rehabilitation.

Memory Care

Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia are progressive journeys, requiring different approaches to care at different stages. We guide residents through every step with dignity and compassion.

  • Brain health: All residents can take advantage of on-campus programming to prevent cognitive loss. This includes the Brain Fitness Gym, a technology-based program developed by researchers at Case Western University.
  • Compass Club: For residents in independent living who are experiencing early memory loss, this interactive daytime program focuses on social engagement and structured activities such as Memories in the Making, Music and Memories, and Opening Minds Through Art. The program also provides a respite for spouses who may be primary caregivers.
  • Traditions: For residents who require assisted living and are at a more critical stage of memory loss, the Traditions floor, renovated in 2022, is designed to accommodate memory care best practices and round-the-clock support.
  • Skilled nursing: For residents who require complex nursing care, our skilled nursing unit provides memory support along with highly specialized care.

“Memory loss can be a gentle journey, based on the skills and heart of the people around you.”

Our staff is certified in dementia care and trained in the social, physical, cognitive, emotional, spiritual, and nutritional domains of memory support.
